@seanysean I think you missed the point of my discussion. You won on time not because you are better/smarter/faster, but because lichess developers specifically programmed an engine to wait for 1 second before making a move regardless of the position and time.
This is known to everyone who played vs engine and so absolutely anyone (even a person who has never seen chess before or even a monkey who is forced to make fast moves can win here).
The same way you can select the strongest player and offer him the following game: you play 3 min game. You can move as fast as you want, but he has to wait 10 seconds before making a move.
Will you win? Sure, if you can survive 18 moves. Will it technically be a win? Yes, you won based on the rules you provided. Would anyone be surprised? No, because anyone can do it and it is obvious for everyone how to win in this situation.
