Panic Attack

So. I had 3 dogs, now I have 2 dogs......One of them died because of parvovirus......The dog's name of Mika. She was really close to me and after her death I felt like I lost something which is more costlier than a piece of gem. So, whenever I think of her, I cant breathe. So my mom consulted a doctor, the doctor said that I was having panic attacks.. So I wanted to know that if it's common to have panic attacks at my age ( I just entered high school)...

Nah it's not I have never got a panic attack (I am in high school)

When I suffered panic attacks as attacks from 'the gods' I rationalised it as a way of staying fit , they wanna make your heart race and outta breath just rationalise it that you've been for a long run and are staying fit , this is how I dealt with panic attacks , hope this helps you on your journey through life xxx

The latest attack 'they' are doing in/on me is holding my breath for couple minutes at a time to make me believe I am outta breath for everything I do xxx

Bro ,ive gotten into forums for a while now,ive observed that you say sadistic stuff to everyone ,whatever issues you have,nobody here is responsible for it,dont take it out of people that had nothing to do with your anger issues

She is a teenager who lost her pet she loved and having panic attacks because of it,how can you write such stuff ??? to @HiramHolliday
