Drawing Arrows Issue

Hi, unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the function of drawing arrows on the chess board. It does not work like it did before, now I cant lock one arrow in and continue with the next one. Instead the cursor is all over the place and the arrow too. Also I cant find settings where this function could be adjusted. Does anybody know how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance, Zitronenhai

You can turn the snapping options in preferences.

Im afraid nor :( this must be something else. the arrow moves around all the time according to the mouse movement. It wont stop though and I dont get a single proper arrow. When I left or right click it all disappears and thats it, really annoying..
