Aborting before starting not counted as a win. Arguments in favour of this are illogical.

Yeah that would be cool , I just have to remember to refresh the page before I click on a game ,that seems to solve the problem of a misclick 90% of the time.

This feature is present for variants right now, but it is annoying sometimes...
A line between game and non-game has to be drawn somewhere. I think, it is the FIDE definition of a chess game that each side has made at least one move.
Of course you could draw this line somewhere else, but why would this be better?
