Played this game on chess.com, suspected black was cheating, analysed the game here then reported him but no action taken yet, what do you guys think?
It looks suspicious if your opponent was 1685, since there were multiple combinations that are very advanced, especially between moves 23-28. However, 1685 is a fairly high rating, so people of that rating can have very good performances. I think that more analysis of your opponent's other games are necessary to draw a conclusion.
Even if your opponent was cheating, it will probably take a while for the player to be banned on chess.com, which is why I prefer lichess since cheaters are banned quickly.

I've analysed two more of his games both are full of blunders and mistakes, not conclusive proof but yeah I wont be playing there again until they tell me one way or the other.
I don't think this single game is decisive evidence one way or the other. I don't agree that the combinations are particularly advanced and anyone can have a single particularly good game. It would be interesting to see the move timings and how long your opponent spent on each move.
That site seems to be infected with cheaters...
