This is because the rounds take 1 week to complete. This is so all the classical games will be completed. It is mearly a way to play some classical chess in an interesting format.

You also don't just get included, you have to sign up.
I recall you trying to sign up during round #3 but late-joins are not possible. You also have a very limited schedule and I highly doubt you will ever be able to play in one of our events.
