New account

Hello , about week ago i deleted my old lichess account and i registered new one.
Main reason to do so is because i hated my name in first one and wanted it to change , so i would like to ask if this is legal or not, i used same email adress for new account as for old disabled one by me.
I also emailed lichess support but i didnt get any answer so im asking here?
