Hacked page

It is happened many times someone is managing my lichens page remotely. Could somebody explain me what's going on?

maybe a family member is doing this

In what way are they "managing" it? Is your profile changing, settings changing or...?

I have the same question as Corridor, but anyway, here are two good steps to take:

1) Change your password: lichess.org/account/passwd
2) Enable two-factor authentication: lichess.org/account/twofactor
