Openings recommendations vs e4/vs Sicilian Defense?

I'm an aggressive and tactical player. I like sharp, open positions with attacking possibilities. The openings I play: the Spanish, the Italian, the Scotch, Evans Gambit, Scotch gambit, Sicilian Dragon, the Accelerated Dragon, King's Indian Defense.

I'm looking for some new openings to learn

1. against e4

Right now, I only play the Sicilian Dragon or the Accelerated Dragon vs e4 but need something new.

I'm tired of responding with e5, because I play e4 openings myself and I want some variety. I used to play the Pirc (the main and Czech variations), but people usually choose to close down the center and my pieces get cramped which is frustrating. I don't like the Scandinavian, the Petrov and the French.

2. against the Sicilian

I like the positions that arise from Open Sicilian but I'm tired of going into my opponents' favorite variations and being less prepared. I tried Grand Prix Attack and the Alapin but didn't really like them. I've heard of the Moscow Variation or Rossolimo and Smith-Morra Gambit. Are they good?

I used to play the Moscow and the Rossolimo, indeed splendid options. Bonus: no Sicilian cheap trick with cxd4^^
The Smith Morra is good. It's similar style as the Evans, and many players do not accept the gambit. And Rossolimo is not so aggressive but quite good too.
against sicilian I always play alapin, and against e4 the sicilian!

Against e4 I play the simple e5 which works great. White doesn’t have an actual way to gain an advantage so it gives both sides good chances. White doesn’t make big use of the extra tempo which he has at the beginning of the game.
Against the sicilian I suggest the Delayed Alapin. A crucial line is 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. c3 and there are a few tricks for white, for example 3. Nf6 4. Be2 Nxe4 5. Qa4+ and you pick up the e4 knight. You have to study it, but it is a good repertoire.
