Extreme server latency

Which browser you using and which OS? I'm using latest Firefox under Linux. There are glitches present, but at least no problems you described regarding making moves.

I hope maintenance of the server will help. We will wait....
Hi i am using the app and chrome on my phone and chrome explorer and avast on my desktop. Every page on this site i visit loads and then shows the red reconnecting sign constantly. As i said my phone lets me make moves now i've turned wifi off but my router is working fine for all other websites. I don't really understand. Thanks for all the help both fastlearner and Sazed. Oh i'm using windows 10 and android for os.
Perhaps server gives priority for mobile devices regarding reconnection info, I can't claim of course...

But the problem you described regarding making moves is quite strange. Can you install latest Firefox as a backup browser and try then?

It is possible that some recent change on UI may not work on Chrome version you have on desktop...
Try using the website instead of the app.
So i downloaded firefox and am encountering the same problem. I tried using the website on my phone and the explorer is working but it won't let me sign in.
OK, thanks for the information... and I can see that the server upgrade didn't fix it for you either. A few ideas occur to me:

* Is the phone issue reproducible on internet connections other than your home network?
* Is it possible to connect your computer directly to the internet (no router) and still observe the issue?
* Does the browser console <F12> report any errors?
* Are your devices using IPv4 and/or IPv6? (I don't know if this makes any difference, but I also don't know that they don't make a difference; I know my weird router behaves differently when I change lots of settings although that was like 1-2 years ago.)
so the phone app works using its own data but the webpage wont let me sign in. On the home network pages load but i can't do anything.
i don't understand what you mean by directly to the internet.
The console says
WebSocket connection to '<URL>' failed: WebSocket is closed before the connection is established
I'm not sure about the IPv thing it's set to automatic.
I'm thinking that somehow the router (or antivirus? but that doesn't make sense, the phone wouldn't have the same antivirus) is blocking WebSocket connections... I know this doesn't help, but on someone else's "home network" (like a workplace, or library, or any other network) I'm guessing the phone works.

By directly to the internet... OK, I guess you're using a combination modem/router, so it's not possible to disconnect the router (connecting computer -> modem -> cable).

Most routers and devices have both IPv4 and IPv6 enabled, so there's probably nothing there to worry about; I'm just trying random guesses.

Are you certain you do not have some sort of a virus blocked mouse?

Can you download any latest Linux live distro (Ubuntu, Neon, whatever) and test from it in order to eliminate basic problems hardware or software have? If do not work from Linux as well, then some harware may fail.
It seems "Reconnecting" issue is gone after yesterday server maintenance...
